North Highlands Tour

All of our golfing tours will offer at least 4 (or more) rounds within a 7 day period. Golf venues are chosen from :-
Championship Golf Venues : Royal Dornoch, Nairn, Golspie, Brora and Tain
Hidden Gem Golf Venues : Invergordon, Alness, Fortrose, Nairn Dunbar and Strathpeffer

7 Day (six nights) Golf and/or Sightseeing Holiday. 2008 Season
Day 1 - Meet and greet at Inverness/Edinburgh (airport or station) and transport to accommodation. Depending on time of arrival, your are either free to settle into your accommodation or we will provide an orientation excursion for you to get to know your surroundings.
Day 2 - Golfers to play 18 holes Golf. (morning tee-off)
Championship Venue : Nairn
Hidden Gem Venue : Nairn Dunbar
Sightseers excursion to Cawdor Castle and Loch Ness: (approx 6hrs).
Also see Culloden Battlefield, the 'clootie well', Black Isle Brewery.
Day 3 - Full day excursion for all to Loch Broom, Gruinard Bay, Aultbea
Inverewe Gardens, Gairloch and Loch Maree. (approx 8 hours).
(Also visit the smallest distillery in the World and the Perfume factory.)
Day 4 - Golfers 18 Holes at:
Championship Venue : Golspie
Hidden Gem Venue : Invergordon.
Sightseers excursion to Dunrobin Castle & Dornoch (approx 6 hours)
Also visit Tain Pottery, Glenmorangie Distillery, Dornoch Cathedral and see the Falconry display.
ALL- evening mystery trip (approx 2-3 hours)
Day 5 - Golfers 18 holes
Championship Venue : Tain
Hidden Gem Venue : Alness
Sightseeing excursion to Bonar Bridge, Falls of Shin, Harrods shop and Million Dollar View.
See Scotland's 'Little Mermaid' and visit ANTA pottery, Fearn Abbey and 'the Castle of Spite'
Day 6 - Golfers final 18 holes of Golf (Stableford Competition)
Championship Venue : Royal Dornoch
Hidden Gem Venue : Fortrose & Rosemarkie
Sightseers - Transported to Inverness for free-day shopping (6pm return approx)
8pm - OLG sponsored Farewell Dinner for ALL in your hotel (includes golf prize-giving).
Day 7 - Free until pick up and transportation back to Airport or Station.
Timings for Golf tours will be flexible in order to take account of weather and availability of course. Excursions will be fully accompanied by registered HOSTGA, OLG tour guide. All entrance fees to the major visitor attractions on our planned itineraries are included in the price.
